Helping Students Become Academic Champions
Cerritos dentist Dr. Jesmine Boghawala is highly dedicated to supporting the growth of education in her community and beyond. After obtaining her DDS from UCSF School of Dentistry, she remain committed to furthering her education, believing in its value in helping her become an accomplished dentist. To reinforce her support, her Innovative Smiles practice is announcing a $500 scholarship for students in all majors. Through her award, she hopes to inspire students to remain diligent in attaining their academic and career goals.
The Innovative Smiles Scholarship is an annual reward and offered to students of all majors. Students can apply by submitting their response to the provided essay question. Submissions will be accepted by mail or email. Selected responses will be determined by the quality of the writing and organization.
Deadline: January 18, 2016
Students must be U.S. citizens and attending an accredited 4-year university or community college program.
Students must send their essay response to provided email or mailing address. The response must be no less than 1,000 words and must include your name, mailing address, and phone number. Students will be contacted by mail or phone if they have been selected.
